Both bedrooms and the main living area have mini-split air-conditioners, cable TV, wifi, phone, maid service 6 days/week, beach towels, security and an excellent building management to insure everything is perfect for you. On the beach below is the popular El Dorado Restaurant plus many other beach front restaurants to choose from. The Malecon starts at the El Dorado Building and takes you on a 3 mile beach front walk into town and all the activities. Everything you need is only a short walk away.
The Condo, Balcony And All Common Areas Are Non-Smokings Areas. Other Guests May Be Allergic Or Uncomfortable With 2nd Hand Smoke. If You Enjoy Smoking Please Do So Outside Of The Building.
The Building Is A Pet Free Environment. Although We Are Pet Lovers, Other Guests May Have Allergies To Pets And Smoke So If You Have A Service Pet Or Any Other Pet We Respectfully Request That You Do Not Book This Condo.
The Pool Is Available Until 10 Pm. In Consideration Of Other Guests We Ask That You Do Not Use The Pool Past 10 Pm And Kindly Observe The Noise Ordinance.
